Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter:
Follow these steps to run hardware and devices troubleshooter.
a.Press windows key + W and type troubleshooting.
b.Select troubleshooting.
c.Select view all on the top left corner.
d.Run hardware and devices troubleshooter.
Method 2:
I would suggest you to install the keyboard drivers in clean boot state and check.
Clean boot: To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a 'clean boot.' A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. Here is the link for your reference to perform clean boot.

I would suggest you to uninstall the keyboard drivers, go to the manufacturer’s website to download the input drivers for your laptop and then install them.
Follow these steps to uninstall the drivers:

b.Search for Keyboards andexpand it.
c.Right click on the keyboard drivers and select Uninstall.
